Technical Coordinator – Residential Development
Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to play a key role in the building of high quality homes.

The Role
You’ll coordinate external consultants and internal teams across the full development lifecycle — from planning through to delivery and handover.
* Manage planning conditions & technical approvals
* Drive design coordination and programme delivery
* Lead consultant teams and design meetings
* Secure Building Regs and key statutory agreements
* Support site with technical queries and issue resolution
* Ensure all information is accurate, compliant, and buildable
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in residential development (Assistant or Technical Coordinator level)
* Strong understanding of the technical/design process including groundworks and civils.
* Confident managing consultants and deadlines
* Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Working towards (or keen to achieve) professional accreditation
