Inclusion and Wellbeing Administrator Location: Cardiff, Wales Contract: Long term (with potential to become permanent) We are seeking a dedicated and organised Inclusion and Wellbeing Administrator to join the Inclusion and Wellbeing Team at a large secondary school in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a positive difference in the lives of young people, with the possibility of an immediate start for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Staffing the Inclusion and Wellbeing (IWB) internal reception, acting as the first point of contact for pupils, staff, and visitors Answering phones, taking and relaying messages promptly and professionally Communicating with parents via phone, text, and email regarding pupil attendance and wellbeing Supporting the wider Inclusion and Wellbeing team with administrative tasks Ensuring accurate records are maintained in line with safeguarding and confidentiality procedures Person Specification: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in working face-to-face with pupils Previous experience in a busy school office or similar administrative environment (desirable) Knowledge and experience of safeguarding procedures (highly valuable) Experience using SIMS (advantageous but not essential) Organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: The chance to join a supportive and busy team making a real difference to pupils' education and wellbeing Long-term opportunity with the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment A welcoming school community committed to inclusion and pupil welfare Why join Empowering Learning?
