Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)

Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites - expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

The Role
The role of Infor M3 Senior Finance Consultant (O2C)
As a Senior Business Consultant, you will deliver transformative Infor M3 projects with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You will work with UK and international clients to design, implement, and optimise customer order management, distribution, and financial integration workflows, driving improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a senior, client-facing role where your deep understanding of O2C and related business processes will influence our clients’ digital transformation journeys. You’ll also contribute to wider projects across Finance, Supply Chain, and Procure-to-Pay as needed.
Travel and Hybrid Working
We offer flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance, with options to work from home or at one of our Cubo offices around the UK. On-site consultancy time is planned ahead of time in 2-week blocks. Travel and occasional overnight stays may be required depending on project requirements. You may be asked to come into the office at least once a month for team and client meetings; however, you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office if preferred.
Responsibilities
* Deliver full lifecycle Infor M3 ERP implementations for Order-to-Cash processes, including customer order management, pricing, invoicing, and AR integration.
* Act as a client-facing consultant within a partner environment.
* Understand end-to-end business process flows across finance.
* Configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements.
* Maintain a full driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
* Collaborate with internal and external colleagues; challenge the status quo and drive improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering full lifecycle for Infor M3 ERP implementations in Order-to-Cash processes.
* Experience as a client-facing consultant within a partner environment.
* Understanding of end-to-end finance processes.
* Ability to configure, test, and deliver M3 solutions aligned to business requirements.
* Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
* Curiosity and willingness to improve; collaborative mindset; commitment to personal development.
