As a technical senior developer, the candidate will be responsible for driving CRM development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the platform supports business growth and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end development and customization of CRM solutions
* Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Design and implement workflows, automation, integrations, and custom modules
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across CRM systems
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Support, and IT
* Manage CRM upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning
* Mentor and guide a team of CRM developers and analysts
* Stay updated with CRM trends, tools, and best practices
