Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of business clients, providing accounting, tax, and advisory services
2. Build trusted relationships through regular communication and tailored support
3. Review work prepared by junior staff and offer mentorship to support their development
4. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines
What You'll Bring
6. Proven experience in accountancy, ideally within practice (experienced Manager or Assistant Manager)
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in managing client relationships
8. Strong knowledge of tax and accounting standards (ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent preferred)
9. A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client needs
10. Leadership and team collaboration skills
