At Leigh Academy Snowfields, we believe every child deserves the chance to succeed, no matter the challenges they face. We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated, and inspirational Class Teacher to join our team at Bearsted College.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative and supportive academy community, committed to providing exceptional education for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You’ll play a key role in delivering a bespoke curriculum, using a Primary Teaching Model to help every learner reach their full potential within our state-of-the-art facilities.

Why Join Leigh Academy Snowfields at Bearsted College?

Outstanding Facilities: Teach in a modern, purpose-built environment designed to support high-quality SEN provision.

Inclusive Culture: Work with a passionate and supportive team who share your commitment to inclusive education and celebrate every success, big or small.

Professional Growth: Benefit from ongoing professional development and opportunities to shape innovative approaches to teaching within a forward-thinking academy trust.

Meaningful Impact: Make a genuine difference in the lives of young people by helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, including Primary teachers, those with SEN setting experience, and dedicated Secondary Subject Specialists, as we value all mainstream teaching experience and do not require specific SEN qualifications.

If you’re a dedicated Class Teacher ready to inspire, empower, and support students to achieve their very best, we’d love to hear from you!
