Our client is an independent salmon farming business. Currently looking for a skilled and dependable Industrial Electrician to join their well established Engineering team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and upgrading electrical systems across their food processing facility and remote salmon farming sites. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same—ideal for someone who’s flexible, safety-focused, and enjoys a mix of factory and field-based work. Key Responsibilities * Carry out routine maintenance and respond to emergency breakdowns at both factory and farm locations * Install and maintain electrical systems and components such as motors, control panels, lighting, pumps, drives, and PLCs * Quickly diagnose faults to minimise disruption to production * Adhere to all relevant health, safety, food safety, and environmental standards * Perform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate records * Support capital projects and improvements in electrical systems * Travel to off-site salmon farms as required (travel and accommodation covered) * Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours breakdowns What We’re Looking For * Fully qualified Electrician (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) * Proven experience in industrial or commerc...
