We are a family run estate agency, who have been operating since 1995. This role would be full time.
Please note this is not a hybrid role

You will be required to be in the office during working hours.
We are seeking for a results-driven sales person to help drive business growth. We are open to taking candidates who are looking to learn about estate agency, as well as accomplished estate agents hence the salary range provided. The ideal candidate will possess a strong willingness to learn or a proven track record in sales management. This role requires an individual who can effectively communicate with team members and clients, manage sales strategies, and foster a high-performance culture within the team. A bilingual ability is advantageous, as it will enhance communication with a diverse customer base.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
* Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to align promotional strategies with sales goals.
* Oversee administrative tasks related to sales operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Skills
* A strong ability to sell products or services effectively.
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
* Strong leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members towards achieving targets.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Experience in sales is preferred but not essential.
* Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
* Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Schedule
* Monday to Saturday
* Wednesday OFF
* Weekday 9am - 6pm
* Saturday 9am - 5pm
