My client has an exciting opportunity for a Part-TimeReceptionist with administration experience to join a friendlyteam. This is a permanent opportunity.
Salary:14,500 based on 22.5 hrs per week
Tues, Wed,Fri
Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm with 30 minslunch
15 days holiday - Plus an extra day off on yourbirthday
As well as carrying out receptionduties, you will be required to help out with office duties suchas:
- Booking travel
- Dataentry
- Checking invoicing
- Meeting andgreeting visitors
- Making refreshments for externalvisitors
- Organising the mail
Youwill need to have good multi-taskingskills.
