📍 Windsor | Full-Time | £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

We’re working with a well-regarded law firm based in Windsor, who are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term legal career, working in a fee-earning role across a broad range of Private Client matters.


💼 The Role

You’ll play an integral part in supporting the team on all aspects of Private Client work. From drafting Wills to estate administration, your role will be both varied and hands-on, with a strong emphasis on client service.


Your responsibilities will include:

* Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (including registration of EPAs/LPAs)
* File opening and closures
* Assisting with Estate and Trust Administration (including property visits)
* Responding to initial client enquiries
* Supporting Partners and Fee Earners on active cases and new business development
* Monitoring changes in legal practice and maintaining up-to-date knowledge
* Supporting billing and account processes


👤 About You

We’re looking for a proactive and professional individual who brings both legal knowledge and a people-first approach.


You will have:

* A Law degree (essential)
* A genuine passion for Private Client law
* Previous experience or strong knowledge in this area
* Excellent research and organisational skills
* A structured, self-motivated approach to your work
* Confidence when dealing with clients and sensitive matters

* Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
* Hours: Monday to Friday (office-based)
