We now have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The prison houses around 1500 men with a variety of health needs, and within this role, you'll be an integral part of our safe and secure medicines management service.

* Monday - Sunday - 7.30am - 6pm

Main duties of the job
* Provide outstanding, patient-centered care by seeking out, listening to, and acting on patient feedback to ensure care is personalized and informed by what matters to them.
* Focus on providing a safe and secure medicines management service, maintaining patient medical records to the standard, and ensuring SOPs are followed diligently.
* Deliver non-judgmental care within professional standards, including timely administration of medicines and analyzing cost-effective prescribing as per our medicines policy.
* Work as a key member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to make a real difference.

* NVQ Level 3 or above, BTEC, or equivalent
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council

Experience in hospital, community, or prison healthcare is advantageous but not essential.
