Deliver a fast, friendly and professional experience to every customer, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit. Provide excellent customer service to all customers, face to face and over the telephone, building strong working relationships Provide product advice and serve calling customers Picking orders to meet customer requirements Assisting yard personnel with the loading of customer and company vehicles General housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy yard and production area Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome and respected. Maintain high standards of health and safety across the yard, trade counter and shop floor, ensuring all hazards are reported or dealt with promptly. What do you need to be successful?
