*ANP or Nurse Practitioner Prescriber Urgently Required in the Sheffield area*

Dream Medical are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a busy GP Surgery in Sheffield
You would be working supporting our team of GPs carrying out acute care.
The successful candidate will be proficient at managing minor ailments and acute conditions and will have excellent communication skills and good IT literacy.
You will have previous experience of working in accordance with the NMC Code and experience of working with patients also need to know how to use system one.
Responsibilities will include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute presentations and referring to other members of the primary and secondary health care team
Requirements:
NMC Registration & Pin
V100/V300 prescribing qualification
Proof of immunizations
Up to date CV
The role is full time ideally Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9am to 6pm also Thursday 9am to 4pm .
Excellent salary negotiable on experience.
