We are looking for a Commercial Associate to join our office in London where our team drives sales across products and Partner Companies in the United Fintech Group. The Commercial Associate will be focusing on driving sales, managing relationships, and contributing to the successful execution of projects within NetDania. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer of NetDania, this role will involve collaborating closely with sales teams across different locations, particularly in New York and Singapore, to provide Netdania-focused knowledge and support during client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with Netdania's products and services.
* Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating client feedback and requirements to inform product development and enhancements.
* Assist in project management activities related to the implementation of new projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
* Collaborate with sales teams based in New York and Singapore, providing expertise and support in Netdania-focused sales conversations.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or project management within the fintech industry or FX sector.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets or cultivating strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and FX products is preferred.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
