Your Key Responsibilities
* Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals in the heating and cooling segment.
* Lead product launches and go-to-market plans in collaboration with product management and sales teams.
* Oversee digital marketing efforts, content creation, trade shows, and advertising campaigns to generate demand.
* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine our marketing tactics.
* Manage and mentor a talented marketing team while coordinating with external agencies and partners.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven marketing leadership experience with a track record of success.
* In-depth understanding of HVAC industry trends, customer segments, and the sales cycle.
* Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and content strategy.
* Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
* Prior experience in the HVAC, building services, or industrial sector is essential.
* Strong ability to interpret technical information and transform it into compelling marketing collateral.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
