- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2:4 Years PQE gained with another reputable law firm.
- You will manage a caseload acting on behalf of landlords and tenants as well as buyers and sellers handling commercial leases, sales and purchases, acquisitions and disposals, development, investment work, licenses for alterations, and wayleaves.
- You must be confident and capable or managing a commercial property caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision, possessing outstanding communications skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
