KeyResponsibilities.EnquiryManagement Collaboratewithoperationsmanagementtoassessworkrequirementsandcostings. SupporttheCommercialDirectorinbusinessdevelopmentandmaintainingclientrelationships. Communicateeffectivelywithclientstoensureclarityandsatisfaction. 2.FinancialManagement Prepareandmaintainmonthlyvaluations/applicationsinlinewithclientdeadlines. Overseetheend-to-endprocessforvaluations,applications,andinvoicingforeachproject. Workwithcreditcontrolandoperationsteamstoresolveoutstandingordisputedaccounts. 3.CommercialReporting Assistoperationsmanagementinmaximizingprojectvalueandmonitorfinancialperformance. ProduceandmaintainmonthlyCVRs,reconcilinglabourandmaterialcostsagainstprojectvalue. ManageandupdatethePaymentTrackertoensuretimelyandaccuratereporting. Experience&Qualifications Provenexperienceasa QuantitySurveyororCommercialManager withinthe constructionindustry. Familiaritywithcloud-basedsoftwareanddigitalrecordingtoolsisadvantageous. Strongunderstandingof financeandcontractmanagement. Experienceworkingwithbothinternalteamsandexternalclients. RICS-accrediteddegree Skills&Attributes Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
