Our growth has been steady and intentional — and we’re now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us and make an immediate impact.
The Role
This is a true 360° recruitment role, giving you full ownership of the process — from winning new business through to placing candidates and managing ongoing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Winning new clients through proactive business development (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events and targeted outreach)
- Building and growing existing client relationships to drive repeat business
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across IT roles
- Sourcing high-quality candidates via multiple channels (headhunting, job boards, network, referrals)
- Conducting thorough screening and interviews to ensure strong technical and cultural fit
- Managing offers, negotiations, and the end-to-end placement process
- Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
About You
We’re looking for a commercially minded, driven recruiter who enjoys both delivery and business development.
Essential:
- 2+ years’ recruitment experience (ideally IT/tech)
- Strong track record in both candidate delivery and business development
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles
Desirable:
- Experience in contract and/or permanent IT recruitment
- Existing network within the UK tech market
