What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for somebody with excellent organisational skills, a resilient, solution-focused attitude and the commitment and energy to continue our drive for outstanding attendance for all our students. The successful candidate will have a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work, and will be keen to work alongside other colleagues, to build strong relationships with students, parents and carers to establish excellent attendance routines. The role involves the daily monitoring and recording of attendance to support those students whose attendance is not yet where it needs to be and make a genuine difference to young people’s lives.
