Salary: £14.88 per hour
Hours: 38.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Nightshift

Responsibilities
As a Supervisor in our warehouse cleaning and waste team, you will oversee the operation of specific equipment, cleaning practices and the correct use of chemicals. Your duties include:
* Carrying out daily and weekly checks of all machinery and reporting any faults to the Site Manager.
* Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are understood and adhered to, and liaising with the Site Manager in shift operations.
* Monitoring waste production using weekly checklists and monitoring procedures.
* Reviewing equipment and verifying that it is kept clean and secure when not in use.
* Undertaking cleaning and ad‑hoc duties as required by the business.
* Dealing with customer complaints and attending appropriate training sessions.
* Ensuring awareness of statutory fire and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience.
* Good customer focus and service skills.
* Strong prioritisation and organisational abilities.
* Ability to work independently and awareness of Health & Safety legislation.
* Communicative English – an English language assessment may be required.
* Completion of a basic disclosure (DBS) check and drug and alcohol screening test.
