Job Description:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Physical Education (PE) Supply Teacher to provide daily cover at a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Ickenham, Hillingdon. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for both qualified teachers (QTS) and experienced non-qualified instructors with a strong background in sports and education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Maintain a positive learning environment and strong classroom management
* Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher
* Promote student participation, teamwork, and physical wellbeing
* Adhere to school policies, including safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Requirements:
* QTS is desirable but not essential
* Experience teaching or coaching PE in a secondary school setting
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school environments
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
