Job Overview: * This school caters for students aged 11-18. * Full-time, Monday - Friday, SEN LSA role. * Support students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties. * Work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored support within lessons. * Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to support learning and development. * Assist in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment. * Help implement EHCPs and personalised learning plans. * Work collaboratively with SENCO, teachers, and the wider school team.
