Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading business in their search for an experienced Business Support Coordinator to join their team.
This opportunity is the glue of the office. Acting as the central point for the Bath office, coordinating with everyone from Directors to people out and about.
This is a varied position offering autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business’s success.
Ideally starting at the beginning of December! This role will not be around for long!
DAY TO DAY
* Planning and executing travel logistics for the teams as needed including flights and ground transportation.
* Management of stock in the office, ensuring the team never run out of what they need (from coffee to PPE).
* Help with inductions for new starters.
* Fleet management for work cars, e.g. MOT, incident reporting etc.
* Provide efficient administrative support to all departments as required.
* Some PA duties for Director.
* Act as a central liaison between departments, staff, and external stakeholders supporting with admin as required.
* Adhoc wider support as needed.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE
* Previous experience as a PA, Office Manager, or similar.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach — able to anticipate needs.
* Confident communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* The ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
