Temporary F&B Manager - 6 Weeks | Sherborne
We're recruiting an experienced F&B Manager to support a busy hospitality venue in Sherborne during an exciting period of growth and change.
This is a 6-week temporary assignment, running from 27th February to 10th April, offering excellent hourly pay and the potential to become permanent for the right person.
With a new Chef in place and trade increasing, the venue is looking for a confident F&B Manager who can provide strong leadership, maintain service standards and bring stability while the business continues to build momentum.
YOU WOULD NEED TO HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT TO THIS SITE. THERE IS NO ACCOMODATION.
Working Pattern
Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 08:00 - 16:00
Friday & Saturday: 09:00 - 22:00 (1-hour break included)
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an F&B Manager or strong hospitality leader
Confidence managing varied service styles (daytime café to premium evening dining)
Proven ability to train, mentor and elevate team performance
Calm, organised and professional under pressure
Full availability for the 6-week contract in Sherborne
Key Responsibilities
As F&B Manager, you will:
Lead front-of-house service and maintain high standards
Support and guide supervisors during busy shifts
Train team members to ensure consistent service delivery
Oversee guest experience across relaxed daytime dining and higher-end evening service
Work closely with senior management to ensure smooth daily operations
