The Role
You will be responsible for machining components within a high-precision manufacturing environment, supporting advanced aerospace projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, and adjust 5-axis turning and milling machines
* Monitor production quality and machine performance
* Work with Manufacturing Engineers on new part introduction
* Follow process layouts, work instructions, and compliance standards
* Support TPM and maintenance activities
* Ensure material flow, tooling availability, and SWIP monitoring
* Contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives
* Adhere to all EHS and safety procedures
