We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our clients busy team. This is a varied admin role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supporting customers with their queries and providing a high level of service. Key Responsibilities: * Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and internal teams * Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with delivery and booking information * Support colleagues with general administrative tasks * Process paperwork including delivery notes, invoices and customer documentation * Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary * Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely communication * Assist with scheduling and coordination of deliveries and collections What we’re looking for: * Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner * Previous experience in an admin or customer service role * Good attention to detail and ability to multitask * Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems Working hours (20 per week): * Monday to Friday 10am-2pm (some flexibility is available on start time) Interviews are to be held as soon as possible so please apply now
