Customer Service Coordinator - Hybrid
Location: East Croydon
Type: Full Time - Permanent
Salary: £25,400
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 17:00PM
Hybrid Work: 2/3 days in the office
Start Date: ASAP!
You will be working for our client, a tech-led, award-winning company, as a Customer and Client Support Specialist.
About the role:
* Support clients with queries and requests via Zendesk.
* Communicate with various stakeholders across the company.
* Operate in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment addressing a wide range of topics.
About You:
* Ability to work quickly, responding to queries in excellent written English, across diverse cases.
* Experience in a customer support role with a passion for problem-solving and exceeding expectations.
* Team player capable of collaborating with different departments and systems.

Skills required:
* Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

* Previous customer-facing experience, including telephone support.
* Administrative experience is a plus but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills and active listening.
* Graduate level or equivalent qualification.
* Strong IT skills, including Excel and Word.
