Park Warden and Administrator

Hoey Parks is looking to appoint an experienced, personable and enthusiastic colleague to work at an established holiday park in the Lake District. This role will be based at Inglenook Caravan Park CA14 4SH.

You will be required to have a proven administrative background, excellent communication skills and knowledge of IT software. You should be motivated to work accurately and efficiently with little supervision. Initiative, flexibility and team-working are essential requirements of this post.

Days / hours are negotiable but would ideally be 3 days per week.

We are looking to hire ASAP so availability for an immediate start would be ideal although not essential for the right candidate.

You must be on location each day - please note this is NOT a remote role.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

* Main point of contact for the park.
* Dealing with enquiries.
* Maintaining the filing system and records.
* Provide support to Head Office and Park colleagues.
* Organising contractors for site maintenance.
* Collecting payments, maintaining finance systems.

Qualifications & Experience

* A good understanding of and experience in Business Administration
* IT skills
* A positive and proactive approach and a good team player
* Good communication skills
* Customer Service skills
* Reliable and able to work under minimum supervision

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
