Join to apply for the Deputy First Line Manager role at GXO Logistics, Inc. at the Daventry 535 site. You’ll play a key role in supporting the First Line Manager to lead a dedicated team within our DC. Your mission? To ensure the smooth flow of products through the warehouse, meet KPIs, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day
* Assist the First Line Manager in managing daily operations and team performance
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and SOPs
* Drive continuous improvement and identify areas for process enhancement
* Maintain focus on quality and efficiency to meet KPIs

* Previous experience within a fast-paced warehousing or supply chain environment
* Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
* Resilient under pressure and able to use your own initiative
* Strong team player with a positive attitude
Salary and benefits
Salary: £26,531 per annum plus 10% shift allowance and 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
