 
        
        Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:
 * We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in 2nd line or onsite support within professional services, ideally in the legal, finance, or insurance sectors. Strong technical skills across Windows 11, Intune, Microsoft 365, and iOS are essential. We value excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially the ability to remain calm under pressure. An ITIL Foundation certification is desirable. We seek a proactive, organized individual who can work independently in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
 * In this role, you will act as the key onsite IT contact in our Birmingham office, providing 2nd line support to around 80 users and remote support to a smaller team in Dublin. You will deliver white-glove service to senior stakeholders and partners, troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows 11, Intune, M365, and iOS devices, and collaborate with our 1st line and regional IT teams for escalations and projects. Additionally, you will support hardware upgrades, AV setups, and office moves, and may be required to travel to Dublin twice a year, with occasional travel to London.
