The Business Development Manager Role:
Lead and mentor a team of 60-80 Travel Consultants, coach on supplier selection, technology use, sales closing, marketing collaboration, customer service, and performance tracking.
About You:
Essential: Proven coaching ability, sales experience in travel, interpersonal skills, leadership, problem-solving, organizational skills, tech and social media familiarity, customer service experience, self-motivated, industry knowledge.
Desirable: Business ownership experience, lead generation skills, coaching qualification.
