Job Title: Therapist / Wellbeing Practitioner Location : Dudley Pay : £14.50 – £16.00 per hour Contract : Zero-hour (flexible, with opportunity to move into permanent role) We are seeking qualified and experienced Therapists / Wellbeing Practitioners to support children and adults within educational and community settings. This role involves delivering targeted therapeutic interventions, wellbeing support, and one-to-one or small group sessions, helping individuals access services in a structured, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic and wellbeing support to children and adults with additional needs Deliver one-to-one and small group sessions focused on emotional, social, and behavioural development Collaborate with education and care staff to develop and implement support plans Maintain accurate records of sessions and outcomes, following safeguarding procedures Support clients in developing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning Essential Skills & Experience: Relevant qualifications or experience in therapy, counselling, or wellbeing support Experience working with children or adults with SEN, Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Calm, patient, and professional approach Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Must be on an up-to-date DBS system, or willing to pay for a new one Willingness to travel to different locations within Dudley Additional Information: Job hours and role allocation depend on service needs and contract requirements Flexible zero-hour position with opportunity to move into a permanent role To apply, please submit your CV outlining your relevant experience.
