About Us
We are seeking a driven and digitally savvy individual to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this fast-paced, hybrid-cultured tech distribution company, you'll have the opportunity to grow, innovate and make a real impact. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and executing marketing campaigns for 50+ vendors, while also elevating Midwich’s and our partners' social presence across digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include crafting targeted strategies across email marketing, organic social media, PPC, SEO and keyword research. You'll also be instrumental in measuring and reporting ROI, analysing campaign performance and sharing valuable insights with our content team to continuously optimise results.
About the Role
Own and optimise digital campaigns: Work alongside the Content Manager to plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across email, organic and paid social, display, and PPC.
Data-led decision-making: Monitor campaign performance in GA4 and other analytics tools, delivering insights to guide content, ad targeting, and budget optimisation.
Support 50+ partner brands: Collaborate with client services to influence brand activity and ensure campaigns align with vendor goals while driving real value.
Build and manage email marketing workflows: Create targeted email campaigns using segmentation, personalisation and performance analysis to improve open rates and conversion.
Create scroll-stopping content: Write and schedule engaging, on-brand social media posts, tapping into trends, events and industry news to spark conversations and boost visibility.
Strengthen SEO foundations: Provide keyword research, landing page recommendations, and on-page optimisation guidelines to support the content team and improve organic performance.
Drive PPC performance: Assist in the setup and ongoing optimisation of sponsored ads on LinkedIn and Google to maximise ROI and brand visibility.
Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up to date with emerging digital trends and innovations, feeding fresh ideas into the team and continually improving how we work.
What you will bring to the role?
Awareness of digital marketing principles, from SEO and PPC to social strategy and email marketing best practices
Experience interpreting campaign data and using performance insights to improve results
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and other key analytics tools
Creativity and a flair for writing punchy, engaging copy across different platforms
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to learning, problem-solving and trying new things
Bonus points for experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp/HubSpot, SEMrush or similar platforms
A passion for continuous learning, staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and innovations.
