* A background in a construction related environment
* Proficient in the use of IT equipment and software such as Microsoft 365
* Structured with strong planning acumen.
* Ability to adapt communication style to bring ideas together and is assertive where necessary.
* Be self driven with strong attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ideally have some experience in planning, design or temporary structures.
