As the London team continues to expand, they are looking for a talented Mid-Level Project Architect to join at a pivotal moment of growth. This role offers the chance to work closely with the leading team including the founder and Directors, contributing across all project stages and gaining exposure to both design and delivery on high-profile schemes.

* Participating in design reviews, client meetings, and presentations
* Helping to mentor and guide more junior team members
What you’ll bring
* 5–8 years’ post-qualification experience in architecture
* Experience in residential and/or transport projects (both ideal, but either will be considered)
* Strong skills in Revit and BIM workflows
* Ability to manage packages, coordinate with external teams, and contribute across all RIBA stages
* Great communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
* ARB registered (or international equivalent)
Why join this team?

* Opportunity to grow alongside the practice and take on increasing responsibility

* A collaborative, supportive environment with a strong design ethos
* Clear career progression, with the chance to step into more senior roles as the London office continues to grow
