About the Opportunity As the System Manager, you will own and manage our entire enterprise systems landscape, which includes production, testing, staging, and development environments, both internally hosted and third-party/SaaS solutions. Your role will ensure that systems are secure, performant, and continuously improving, all while delivering critical insights into the health and value of these technologies to the business. You will collaborate closely with various teams and vendors to guarantee smooth and uninterrupted operation of the systems, ensure timely upgrades, manage change processes, and continuously improve operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in environment lifecycle management, system health monitoring and a strong understanding of ITIL principles, incident management, and change control. About you Application & System Health Reporting: Monitor application and system health across the landscape (availability, performance, error rates, capacity). Provide regular reporting to leadership, highlighting system health, risks, and improvement opportunities. Maintain KPIs for system health and service performance, ensuring effective communication of trends and remediation actions. SaaS & Third-Party Platform Oversight: Manage lifecycle and operational support for all SaaS platforms and vendor-hosted solutions. Ensure SLAs and performance targets are met through proactive vendor relationship management. Act as the main point of contact for key vendors to coordinate patches, releases, and issue resolution. Team & Vendor Management: Lead internal support staff and manage vendor and third-party teams. Set performance expectations, monitor vendor service levels, and manage contract compliance.
