About the role: Be a key member of the pastoral team championing behaviour, wellbeing and engagement for learners who need an extra boost.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 mentoring, restorative conversations and daily check‑ins
* Track behaviour, rewards and interventions and report impact to Heads of Year
* Liaise with parents/carers and external agencies where appropriate
* Support small‑group programmes on self‑regulation and resilience
Requirements
* Experience in youth work, mentoring or pastoral roles
* Calm, consistent approach with strong relationship‑building
* Sound understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
