About the Role
We are recruiting an Inbound Sales Team Leader for our Whirlpool department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that excels in customer service and sales performance, fostering a culture of high achievement, digital innovation, reward, and recognition.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of around 15 sales agents, supporting them to meet sales KPIs such as conversion rates, quality, and average handling time.
* Ensure excellent customer service and engagement, maintaining high sales performance.
* Manage team performance through coaching, setting high standards, and responding to issues proactively.
* Foster a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement and engagement.
* Handle people-related issues, communicate expectations clearly, and manage team activities effectively.
* Support a mix of office and home-based working, with a rotational shift pattern between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
