Job Title: Authorising Engineer (Electrical) Location: Midlands – Extensive travel required for this role Salary: £50,000 – £58,000 + £3,600 Car Allowance Contract: Permanent, Full Time We are currently recruiting for an experienced Authorising Engineer (Electrical) to provide technical leadership and compliance assurance across a large, complex estate. This is a home-based role with significant national travel, covering sites from the South Coast through to Newcastle, so candidates must be comfortable travelling extensively and working independently across multiple locations. Travel expenses are paid from your home address, and the successful candidate will ideally be based in the Midlands or surrounding areas to allow effective coverage of the portfolio. The Role As an Authorising Engineer (Electrical), you will provide technical oversight and assurance for electrical systems and Safe Systems of Work across the estate, ensuring compliance with JSP375 and associated electrical safety regulations.
