The Supply Register is working in partnership with Communities Academies Trust to recruit SEND Teaching Assistants for schools across Tamworth. These flexible opportunities span both primary and secondary settings and offer the chance to truly change lives by supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your Role Will Include:

* Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of SEN, helping them access the curriculum

* Working with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored learning strategies

* Helping students stay engaged and focused throughout the school day

* Supporting behaviour management and fostering a calm, inclusive learning environment

* Assisting with students’ emotional, physical, and academic development

* Reporting on student progress and concerns to relevant staff and safeguarding teams
