Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member Include
1. Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
2. Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
3. Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring difficult ones to a Manager
4. Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and areas maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
5. Carrying out temperature checks and recording as per company process
6. Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart
7. Following standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
8. Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations as directed by shift managers
9. Being aware of the restaurant's goals and targets to contribute towards achieving them
10. Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking workstations
11. Reporting all work-related near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
12. Following correct procedures and instructions, including wearing PPE when instructed
