About the Role
Are you ready for your next short-term project?
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic Facilities Management team. You will play a key role in delivering planned projects and ad hoc works within the defined contract region, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Plan and coordinate all works identified within the forward project plan.
* Prepare documentation for tendering and procurement of contractors.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring needs are understood and met.
* Produce reports and analysis for stakeholders to monitor progress.
* Engage with clients early in the specification stage to refine requirements.
* Oversee major project works and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* Review and analyse subcontractor quotations and prepare competitive proposals.
* Ensure cost, quality, and time control through effective planning and programming.
* Attend client meetings and provide technical advice on construction-related issues.
About You
You will be an experienced FM Project Manager with a proven track record in similar roles. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and adaptability are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Experience:
* Site works monitoring, installation, and measurement.
* CDM 2015 compliance.
* Knowledge of contract forms (JCT, NEC, GC Works).
* Managing client-facing projects across multi-site portfolios.
* Cost management, control, and quality monitoring.
