New Homes Sales Overview
New Homes Sales is a specialism within the residential property sector and slightly different from a normal estate agency role. The developer, rather than a homeowner, is your client and the properties you sell are usually off‑plan. The Foxtons New Homes department is the largest sales team of any agent in London. They are ‘open’ agents, meaning you can work across different regions and multiple developments rather than being restricted to just one.

About You
It takes a special kind of mindset and an insatiable hunger to succeed as a Foxtons Negotiator. You’ll develop key life skills as you build relationships and help clients navigate the nuances of owning and renting properties. Strong communication skills are a requirement.
The hours can be long; hard work is rewarded – uncapped commission, a more impressive car with every target you reach (from Audi to BMW), and fully funded five‑star trips. Experience in property is not necessary, but if you show determination to succeed from the first interview, we promise a lasting commitment to help you achieve greatness.
Full manual or automatic driving licence is required for this role.
