MaintenanceEngineer - I currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance Engineer with an F-Gas qualification, to work in and around Newcastle upon Tyne on various retail maintenance contracts.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for planned and reactive air conditioning maintenance across dedicated sites, carrying out a range of tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building services.
Salary : £41,209 per annum + door-to-door pay for travel time
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
1 in 4 weeks on-call with 1 in 4 Saturdays
Tasks for theMaintenance Engineer will include repairs and maintenance of cooling units and AHUs, rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF and more. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs when required.
