As an Enterprise Solutions Executive, you’ll be the strategic sales leader for Agiliti’s Medical Technology Management (MTM) solutions across the Northern U.S. market. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on driving net-new business and expanding existing relationships across IDNs and large health systems. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, influence C-suite stakeholders, and deliver tailored solutions in Clinical Engineering, Onsite Managed Services, and Peak Need Rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business growth and renewals across multi-facility IDNs and health systems
* Build and maintain executive-level relationships across clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders
* Lead consultative sales cycles using data-driven insights to demonstrate value and ROI
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized, scalable solutions
* Manage a high-activity territory with a hunter mindset and strategic focus
* Serve as the primary point of contact for anchored accounts and complex deals
* Represent Agiliti with executive presence and thought leadership in the field
Qualifications:
* 10+ years in healthcare sales, including 5+ years selling into IDNs or health systems
* Proven success influencing C-suite and multi-stakeholder environments
* Experience selling service-based solutions (e.g., Clinical Engineering, Onsite Management)
* Comfortable with high travel (up to 60%) and a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
