Location: Filey, North Yorkshire
Salary: £45,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: 40 Hours per week

The home holds a GOOD CQC rating and is recognised for delivering high‑quality Dementia, Nursing, and Residential care within a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities as a Deputy Home Manager:
* Collaborate closely with the Home Manager to oversee daily operations of the home
* Ensure full compliance with all CQC regulations and standards
* Maintain and promote the highest levels of care and wellbeing for residents
* Support, develop, and motivate staff through effective training and leadership
Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager:
* Registered Nurse qualification
* Active NMC Pin
* Previous nursing & management experience within a care home setting
