Eat Ping is building the future of ready. We’ve grown rapidly to $2m ARR in 9 months, hit profitably, and have done this largely boostrapped.
Now we’re scaling to $10M ARR, aiming to become one of the UK’s fastest-growing ready-to-eat meal brands and one of the few to do it without institutional capital.
We’re looking for a Tactical Growth Lead to own the full growth engine, working directly with the founder.
The Role
This individual will own the growth engine,, acquisition, retention, B2B expansion, and revenue optimization, aligning every lever across Operations, Tech, and Finance to accelerate scale.
This growth lead will also look to heavily develop organic social content (our pages are @Nickpsj/@eat.ping)
This is a high-intensity, deeply analytical, and execution-heavy role for someone who thrives on pressure, detail, and pace. We have a preference for those individuals Investment Banking / Private Equity / Consulting / Venture backed early stage backgrounds
Only exceptional growth marketing background candidates will be considered
What you’ll do:
* Architect and lead the growth roadmap across B2C and B2B, from acquisition to retention.
* Run paid performance channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) with analytical and creative precision.
* Build and scale corporate partnerships with offices, gyms, and wholesale clients to drive recurring revenue.
* Develop and execute weekly test–learn–iterate cycles to optimise CAC, LTV, and retention.
* Create and maintain dashboards and growth models to enable data-driven decisions.
* Partner with Operations to align growth targets with production capacity and cost structures.
* Collaborate with Tech/Product to implement tracking, attribution, and experimentation tools.
* Lead loyalty, referral, and CRM programs, ensuring measurable ROI.
* Manage and mentor two direct reports 1) a Mid-Level Growth Manager and a 2) Customer Acquisition & Success Associate, driving output, focus, and learning velocity.
* Present actionable insights weekly to the Founder and leadership team
About you:
* 5+ years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, growth, or early-stage startups.
* Exceptionally analytical: you think in numbers, models, and margin.
* Equally creative: you can brief content, design experiments, and interpret data fluently.
* Hands-on operator with a scrappy, get-it-done mindset.
* Thrives under pressure and enjoys a high-tempo environment.
* Comfortable managing both consumer (D2C) and commercial (B2B) growth funnels.
* Obsessed with precision, efficiency, and measurable ROI.
* Hungry to grow into a Head of Growth role within 12–18 months.
Important to know (before applying):
* This is a high-intensity role: expect 60+ hour work weeks (above market pay and equity available)
* You’ll be on-site / in the office 4 days a week (no remote work).
* Weekend work is required compensated with days off in lieu.
* Extremely hands on, leadership by example approach, no commanding from high ivory towers
