This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £40.58 with additional holiday pay. We are seeking experienced long-term locum social workers to join our dynamic teams managing Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Looked After Children cases. Applicants must have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in a statutory English Local Authority, in line with Department for Education (DFE) standards.

What you will do:
Manage and support cases involving children and families, improving outcomes and safeguarding their welfare.
Conduct assessments, collaborate with families, and participate in multi-agency meetings.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each child or family.
Build strong relationships with children and families, providing guidance and support.
Liaise with other professionals and maintain accurate, up-to-date case records.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safeguarding policies.
