Building Condition Surveyor B&CE
* Salary: £55,000 per annum
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Location: Tidworth

Your Role:
* Conduct B&CE condition surveys in accordance with Strategic Asset Management programme.
* Determine serviceability of building fabric and produce documented reports.
* Conduct RFHI inspections and produce reports.
* Review draft asset condition reports.
* Plan and conduct ESTC inspections.
* Identify building defects and recommend solutions.
* Advise on preservation of historic buildings.
* Prepare insurance reinstatement assessments.
What We're Looking For:Technician or Incorporated Engineer membership of either the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) or other equivalent Charted body.HNC/HND or equivalent qualification. Trade background or 3+ years' experience.Full UK driving licence. Experience & Knowledge:
* Experience in B&CE and M&E projects.
* Experience in Project Management or Construction Management roles.
* Knowledge of building regulations.
* Analytical and structured approach to work.
* Working knowledge of CDM regulations.
* Effective communication with stakeholders.
Skills:
* Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
* Proactive and flexible approach under pressure.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
