The ideal candidate will work within a fast-paced office environment delivering excellent customer service at all times. The candidate will become a key member of the team dealing with all aspects of lettings and property management administration. This role would be suitable for someone who wishes to develop a career in Lettings and Property Management.\n\nMain Duties and Responsibilities:\n· Dealing with all aspects of lettings office administration\n· Property Software Database Input\n· Filing property and tenancy information\n· Ordering office supplies\n· Assisting with utilities transfer at tenancy changeover\n· Assist with tenant referencing and creation of tenancy documents\n· Issuing Inventories & Inspection Reports as produced by the Property Managers\n· Issuing keys to Contractors\n· Booking viewings\n· Dealing with all customers on the phone, by email and personal callers to the shop. You will learn how to work in a busy office environment both as a team and individually. You will learn how to use our bespoke data bases and complete daily tasks. You will gain confidence in managing your work load. Key Skills:\n·National 5 English is required for this role\n· Excellent verbal and written communication\n· Strong customer service skills\n· Good attention to detail\n· Well organised with an ability to prioritise and manage own work schedule and deal with real time interruptions\n· Calm self-confidence and a mature outlook.\n· Ability to work effectively within a small team
